Complaints Procedure

IMPORTANT: Complaints relating to insurance policies should be directed to the insurance provider or underwriting company for your policy as indicated on your policy documentation. Complaints relating to energy supply service providers should be directed to the energy supply company. 

The Comparison Cat website provides links to insurance comparison websites. Comparison Cat (a trading name of Comparison Tiger Limited) is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of Seopa Ltd (trading as Quotezone).

Comparison Cat is not an insurance provider, nor are we an energy service provider. We do not sell insurance policies or act as a broker for car insurance. Comparison Cat does not administer insurance policies or issue insurance policy documentation. Comparison Cat does not accept or handle any payments for insurance policies. If you need to discuss matters relating to your insurance and energy services, please contact your service provider directly.

Insurance quotes are provided by Quotezone.co.uk, which is a trading style of Seopa Ltd who are a limited company registered in Northern Ireland. Registered company number: NI46322. Making a complaint

We hope you find our service of great benefit and hope that you never feel the need to complain. However, in the event that you find incorrect or missing information on our website, or you encounter some other problem for which we are directly responsible, then we have put in place a straightforward procedure for you to raise a complaint.

In all instances, you should email your complaint to complaints @ comparisoncat.co.uk. Alternatively you can use our online contact form. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We will aim to address and resolve any complaints we receive as quickly as possible. We monitor our complaints email address during office hours and will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 5 working days.

Your complaint will be sent to the relevant department to be investigated. We will keep you updated with their findings.
